2. Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions

• Commercial use requires written authorization
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineering of the software is prohibited

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways
• You agree to provide accurate payment information
• Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy. Contact support for refund inquiries.

6. Desktop Application License

The MOOXY Schematics Windows desktop application is licensed, not sold. This license grants you the right to:

• Install and use the application on compatible Windows devices
• Access schematic files and tools as per your subscription
• Receive updates and bug fixes during your subscription period

License Restrictions

• You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer the application
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly is prohibited
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• The application may not be used for any illegal purposes

7. Course Enrollment and Access

Access duration to courses and schematics depends on your subscription type and course specifications:

• Course access begins upon successful payment
• Access duration varies by subscription plan
• Downloaded content is for personal use only
• We reserve the right to update course content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MOOXY Schematics and all related services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Warning: Schematics are provided for educational purposes. Always verify information and follow proper safety procedures when performing repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileGuru Advance Tech shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use services
• Any actions taken based on schematic information
• Third-party claims or damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MobileGuru Advance Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
